How and when can I claim benefits from my Insurance Policy?

You can file a claim through the SeaInsure eService Portal subject to the waiting period.

There is a waiting period of ninety (90) days. A waiting period shall mean a period of time from the Coverage Start Date before the applicable benefits provided become available.

There is also a survival period of fourteen (14) days. A survival period shall mean a period of time during which the insured must survive after being diagnosed with any of the covered Critical Illness conditions
