What is claim process timeline?

1. Claim Reporting: No later than 90 (ninety) working days from the date the incident occurred
2. Claim Documents Completion: No later than 90 (ninety) working days from the date the incident occurred
3. Claim Payment*: No later than 10 (ten) working days from the date when claim is filed
